Your information and your consent
I voluntarily agree to share my personal information with InsightHouse for the purpose of assessing and responding to this enquiry and identifying suitable expertise for my project. I understand that my information must be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act 4 of 2013) (POPIA).
Please read this notice and select the consent checkbox before preparing your enquiry email. The checkbox is not selected by default. You choose whether to share your information; InsightHouse needs sufficient project and contact information to respond to your request.
The enquiry form collects your name, organisation, contact details, project description and timing so InsightHouse can respond to your request.
When the form prepares an email draft, your details remain in your browser until you choose to send the email through your email provider. The website does not store that draft or upload an attachment. Any document you attach to the email is sent with your message.
InsightHouse uses information received by email for the stated purpose: to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss your project needs and identify suitable expertise. Personal information must be handled in accordance with POPIA. Please share only the information needed to describe your project, and avoid sending sensitive beneficiary or participant data at this stage.
You may withdraw your consent or request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
